Peter, I suspect you'll get a few designers making good money from big
clients who will push past the 3K.

I was suggesting you contribute time and a design for the module and the
community would supply the funds.  Let's start with a design, I know little
about dream weaver myself, and I'll work with you off list to get the ChipIn
widget set up in:
