[themes] Wireframe theme wants a new maintainer.

Hi Bèr,

I thought the wireframe theme was a good idea, and I have used it a few
times.

Presuming it's not a lot of work, I could probably look after it, and
update it for 5.

I'll be curious to see what you come up with for the 'Ultimate Base Theme'
