[themes] 'ajax' problems with upgrading template to 5

Hello,

I've got a template I'm trying to upgrade to version 5. I noticed when I
create or edit content, all the fun ajax-ey stuff is missing. I can't
resize text boxes, and all options like Input format are expanded by
default with no option of closing them.

It works fine in the Garland theme, so I know it's an issue with my
template. 

Any ideas what may be causing this?
