[themes] forward module link themeing

Hi Brent,

I've already applied the patch. It which works nicely and is a useful 
addition to the module. :)

In this case I'm just looking to add a block containing the standard 
link (as it would appear in $links) - the full forward form in the 
block is too dominant for this particular site.
