[themes] theming reference for 6

It's been up for a little while. The handbook for theming in 6 is up.  
It'll replace the main theming guide when Steven gets enough time.

It is more for reference and giving an overview. If anyone finds  
anything to be unclear or inaccurate, then use the issue queue.
