Required Skills and Competencies:

*	Drupal 6 custom theme and module development 
*	PHP/MySQL 
*	Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX (jQuery framework preferred) 
*	Graphic cut-up and optimization using Adobe Photoshop CS3/CS4 or
ImageReady CS2 
*	Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with
multiple concurrent projects 
*	Experience developing and debugging cross-browser and cross-platform
web interfaces, including mobile devices 
*	Comfortable working independently and as part of a local and/or
geographically-distributed team 
*	Solid written and verbal communication skills 

Desired Skills:

*	XML, XSLT 
*	Ecommerce platform development and integration
