[themes] how to theme [class/id] a nord_form?

[Raffi Hovhannesian]

I think #thmr_81, thmr_86, #thmr_91, #thmr_98 are generated by devel
module.. its just to help devel module highlight certain elements of
the theme ... disable it or ignore those ids while theming.
