[themes] CAS update

Hi everyone,

I am using the CAS authenticate theme (


      Premium Responsive 7.x-1.7 (default theme))

and it does not see all of my incoming students as real.
It will not authenticate them.
1. So how do I authenticate them manually?
2. How can this problem be fixed?
