[translations] Translating the Drupal Newsletter

I'd like to have it translated to Spanish and published in drupal.org.es
(Drupal Hispano)

So please, forward me a copy of the draft and I'll be taking care of it.
Only I'll be away for next week, so it may take me a bit longer to have
the translation ready...
