[translations] et + hu translations for 4.7 currently broken.

Hi,

I'd appreciate if you could remove "et" general.po for  4.7. I tried it 
myself yesterday without much luck. I rather prefer it to be nothing 
than a bright red error message.
I should have most of 4.7 completed by this weekend tho.
