[translations] drupal 5 beta out: time to start translating?

Hi,

The HEAD of the translation templates will be empty, since there is 
absolutely no point in translating what was in there (a copy of the Drupal 
interface from months ago). The DRUPAL-5 branch will have new POT files, 
once the strings are stable.

We don't know of a documentation team sprint to clean up the interface 
(with help strings and such), so it is still a strong possibility that 
many strings will change. This is a question for the translation team 
though, so I am pointing them to this issue (with crossposting).
