[translations] romanian translation for Drupal 5

Sorry... I don't know how to "copy over them". I had used "cvs add" but I
got this error (cvs add: `aggregator-module.po' added independently by
second party).

I'm using TortoiseCVS but I think that is not an OS related issue...
