[translations] Croatian translation for Drupal

Hi,

Few months ago I decided to start on Drupal translation. I set it up on
my PC and I finally have more time to start on translation.

I applied for access to CVS repository and I created an Issue. Could
you be so kind to check if it's correctly filled in?

Anything else needed, or could try to commit some parts of
translation? (not today, in few more days...)
