[translations] romanian translation for Drupal 5

Well...

Everything went well...

I had translated some records, I had commited the changes to HEAD...

Now I'm at point 7. I want to create a branch DRUPAL-5 but I got error from
CVS:

I don't know how to add something like 5.x-1.x-dev for Romanian translation
