[translations] Malformed headers ?

I've downloaded it and don't get an error in PO-mode with XEmacs. Can
anybody who has poedit test the fo.po file from
http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/drupal/files/projects/fo-5.x-1.0.tar.gz ?
