[translations] Translato-ig Drupal into Kurdish

hi. I am member of Koma PCKurd (PCKurd Group). and I am translator of
Firefox for ku (Kurdish)

I want to translate Drupal into Kurdish. I couldn't find any info to how to
start. Do I have to translate it via CVS?

Can some one please help me about how to start please?
