[translations] Announcing Nepali Translation of Drupal Core

Hi Drupalars,

I would like to announce development version release of Nepali
Translation of Drupal core 6.0 (it will be ready to download within
12hrs, when drupal's scripts find my commits).

It's under development, you are welcome to contribute.
