[translations] Ukrainian translations

Project http://drupal.org/project/uk-ua frozen for a true and right
http://drupal.org/project/uk and all data migrated thereMany modules are
mostly translated and I can commit it into repository

I know that for this I have to add issues with attached translations for all
modules. Do I?
Or may be there is much simple way (Is it possible to get CVS access for all
po directories(drupal user podarok )?)
