[translations] [Translations] Wating too long for get translations

Hi Romeu,
When did we used the word "quality" as an excuse to hold the "power" to approve?
Do you have any proof of that?

As far as I remember, last time when I discussed about Pedro becoming
maintainer of the translation he told me that he wasn't interested.

BTW, could you introduce yourself?
Your acc is just 1 week and 3 days old, you haven't made any comment
in drupal.org, neither groups.drupal.org, you don't appear to have an
acc in drupal-br.org. Your last comment in l.d.o was extremely unkind
(http://localize.drupal.org/node/192#comment-290). And by this time,
you haven't sent any suggestion in l.d.o.
