[translations] localize.drupal.org spam and moderation access

Hi

I'm manager of fa translation group in localize.drupal.org. we have a
problem with spammers. unfortunately I don't have access to delete spams.
isn't it a good idea to give manegers of translation groups ability to
delete spams?
