Okay I am with this spec. now. I don't think 4.6 should be covered unless
you have some real resources to burn on that. I think 4.7 is the primary
objective and if someone has 4.6 customers and would like to take care of
that side, that would work out. I think the main effort should be focused
on 4.7.
