[consulting] work overflow

I follow a similar pattern in my work. Finder's fee makes more sense
if one is in the business of finding contracts and passing them on.
With my fellow developers, we try to compensate each other by allowing
the finder to do a small portion of the work for a fee, rather than
taking the whole project fro one person.
