[consulting] Encourage people to post jobs on groups

I second the motion. I'd like the consulting list to stay about "the art of
consulting" if you will, and about jobs. As always, this is a democratic
process, but that's just my opinion.

The groups jobs functionality is NOT going to be nuked. Feel free to
take it up with Moshe, though :P

We think the jobs functionality is a lot more *useful* than the big
bucket of stuff in the forum...which can't be subscribed to, can't be
notified around, and is impossible to sift through only new postings
in the jobs section.

My particular question was about jobs being sent to this email
list....so far, folks seem to be in favor of "please post on the web,
don't send it to this list".
