If it's any help, I'm specifically talking about each entry here:
http://drupal.org/services/hosting and not ads all over the place. It
can't get more targeted than that and does not involve text or image
ads as such. While the whole page could be considered one, I consider
it ethically digestible and a service to the community as long as the
entries are researched thoroughly. They currently are not.
