[consulting] Salesforce experience

We're about to start on Saleseforce integration for two clients, and I just
realized that there is no g.d.o group for salesforce integration.

I just submitted one: http://groups.drupal.org/saleseforce  . Assuming it's
accepted, this would probably be a good space to continue this conversation.
We'll definitely use the group to post our findings as we go along.
