[consulting] international merchant accounts

Hello All,

Has anyone gotten an international merchant's account before? I've been
trying for the last couple of weeks for a site that simply sells domain and
design services. Some did not reply, others refused for frankly no apparent
reason (some excuses like your service is not covered, etc).

Any recommendations for some particular providers? Alternatives to
processing payments for international clients? Or anything really!
