When there is a lost dedicated to your question I think its safe to
assume you should post there, not on a different list.

By not doing so, you are

a) Annoying people who don't want to deal with random support questions,

b) lowering your chance of a good answer and

c) setting a president for people to ask support questions here rather
in the correct place.

Fine, I'm uptight, I'm happy to be insulted before I spoke.  It's a
nice tactic that proves you right by anyone speaking against you :)
