Folks,

Seems like if I have Open ID turned off and I know my server DOES follow
.htaccess directives, then there isn't an immediate urgency to upgrade. Is
that a correct conclusion?

Also, if I'm using Filefield instead of Upload module, does that mean the
file issue isn't even relevant at all?

Of course I'll upgrade all my sites... but I just want to get a handle on
urgency.
