I'd be happy to get something like that going. If some of you would send 
some quick feedback indicating you would find this beneficial.

I acknowledge in advance that there will need to be warnings on such a 
site indicating that any contract examples could very well contain 
language that is not viable in general or in that locale, and should be 
passed under the nose of a business attorney prior to being used.
