[consulting] Bowling League Management as a Drupal Module

One of my clients is a local men's club (think country club for the
working class guy). They are currently using Treasure Software's Perfect
Bowler Manager to output crappy PNG files for the club's bowling leagues.

This makes the data very difficult to read, sort and impossible to tie to
accounts in a Drupal installation.

Is anyone aware of a Drupal module that can replicate the logic in bowling
league management software? I've done a lot of Googling and come up short.
The only thing I can think of trying is to somehow get the data exported to
CSV and then use the node.import and/or feeds.module to import that CSV
data to Drupal. But that's no easy task either.

I think Drupal is the perfect CMS to build their new web site on top of,
but the lack of extensible bowling league software is a big sticking point.
I'd hate to have all of this bowling league data stored separately from
Drupal with no way of tying the accounts together and no way of giving the
club members their bowling data alongside their other club account data.

Does anyone want to give me a quote for porting the logic in Perfect
Bowler Manager to a Drupal module? It seems like one of those modules that
would get quite a bit of use if it were open sourced.

Thanks,
