Thanks Rob.  I am just going to dump the entire database and start  
over again.  I get tired of these quirks in Drupal.  I even checked  
the database and it was not in their either.

What I want is:

This is my world --- This being the name of the menu like Navigation
Topic
--Subtopic
--subtopic
Topic
--subtopic

etc.
