I'm hiring a new Linux box because I just got tired of problems at my old
Linux hosting provider.

The new provider gives me 2 choices for Linux flavors:

CentOS 3 Enterprise Linux
Fedora Linux Core 3

Any preference or recommendation on which to choose?
