[support] drupal cvs question

Hi Dulmandakh,

Primary links support seems to depend on the engine/theme (PHPTemplate
engine/CivicSpace theme supports primary links).  If your engine/theme
supports it: Administer->Themes, Configure, then scroll down to Primary
Links.
