a) in your conf.php set your
$base_url = 'http://' . $_SERVER['http_host'];
b) ln -s sites/partyfashion.net sites/foobar.com

Also, if you make the first vhost point to your multisite install, 
anything that points to the server, but
isn't specifically set up with a vhost, will point to the drupal 
installation.
