[drupal-support] User registration issue

[Tib]

The first time I registered an account outside the admin one through the
web pages (for anonymous users) it worked fine. But now every time after I
am getting the following error and I'm not sure what to do. The UID number
is incrementing, but because of the 'duplicate' error, the accounts never
get created. What's going on?
