[drupal-support] Can't download attachments?

1 Did you set the permissions correctly?
2 did you check the checkbox LIST in the edit screen? list will allow the 
attachment to appear in a list under the article
3 Can you download it directly by typing in the full url to the file in your 
browser? e.g. http://example.com/files/coffeestock.xls
