You're talking about the Project module, available from that very page. :-)  
Warning: the 4.6 version is kinda buggy right now, and the 4.7 version is 
under heavy revision for the new forms API.  I think the team working on that 
may have just finished it or will very soon or something along those lines.  
That module is due for an overhaul soon anyway.
