[support] Cron problem after first member was signed up

Both paypal framework and subscription are versions 4.6.0

These were the latest versions available.

I should add that I had not yet configured any of the subscription plans or
paypal details, but I would be surprised if that would make a difference
such as this.

Could be a version problem - did you download the version of Paypal  
module which corresponds to
Drupal 4.6.3?
