There's also http://drupal.org/node/36008 (which I wrote, based on how
it's done in Bryght's theme) which is specifically for extracting
'read more' link and placing and styling it within the text instead of
at the bottom within the links.

(Guess that and  http://drupal.org/node/26408 could be merged somehow huh?)
