Anna, just a quick note. Sometimes, when a person doesn't answer your question it doesn't necessarily means that they are ignoring you. Sometimes they simply just don't know the answer and prefer not to clutter the list with useless posts, hoping someone that DOES know the answer can get it solved for the requester.

I was aware of your question, but couldn't answer properly, so I just hushed. If you wish, I could attempt to help privately, but no guarantees, and with unsure answers I won't flood the list :-)
