This really depends on your setup, but if you are using basicevent to
create that page then it is controlled by the event.module.

I would recommend that you stick to the 4.6 versions of modules
because, as you are finding, 4.7 and cvs sometimes don't work exactly
correctly.  Unless you can & want to dig in and find problems, 4.6 is
the place to be.
