That depends on how your hosting company defines site.  To host multiple 
Drupal sites from the same install, you point 4 different DNS names to the 
same place.  Drupal then figures it out from there.  So you need to get your 
host to give you 4 domain names that all map to the same IP address.  
Whatever that means for them. :-)
