[support] Problems Upgrading to 4.7 - Unknown column 'theme'

Thanks Laura,

I think I a problem before it even runs any scripts.  Forgot to mention
get this error before I looked at the summary log:
An HTTP error 406 occured. update.php?op=do_update
Ideas?
