[support] strange error posting comment....

getting a wierd one and not finding much in the search engines to solve it.
this is posting a comment to a forum item in
civicspace .8.2  drupal 4.6.4
i have OG and i18n working together. via this taxonomy.module:

in that comment.. which tarball is he refering to?
is there a newer taxonomy.module for 4.6.4 that wont cause the error below/.
