[support] subdomain problem

This statement makes me think this is a new installation of Drupal, and it is 
replacing some other software.

You need to modify your sites/* directories and settings.php files according 
to the INSTALL.txt file [0], paying particular attention to section 4.  You 
also need to have the contents where they need to be, even if it's a symlink 
to the Drupal root directory (in the cases of a shared code base).  (See [1] 
for more info on that.)
