[support] Add Menu Item to open new browser

Hi there.  I'm very new to Drupal.  I want to create a link in the
sidebar that will spawn a new browser window to load it (it's external
to the Drupal site).  I have added the menu item successfully (too
easy), but it's not at all apparent to me how I could set the target
attribute of the href.  If anyone out there knows, I'd appreciate your help.
