[support] Banner Module

Sorry to ask repeat question, though I have searched the mailing lists,
but I have installed Drupal 4.6.5 with Banner module 4.6.0.  I have
followed all steps that I can in the INSTALL file.  Some steps were in
the UI, e.g. administer -> users -> configure -> permissions I did not
have in 4.6.5.

There seems to be an issue with approving the ad after it get submitted.

An e-mail is sent to the administrator account that has a link that wont
resolve, http://mydomain.com/banners/view/all/pending which is not
valid.  And, I cannot see in the administration how to "approve" it.

I did not see as part of the instructions in the INSTALL file to set any
url locations.

Should I check out what is in cvs ?
