[support] Banner Module

If you are uploading the banners, do it via the admin/banners area.  
The option under create content is so that your advertisers/sponsors  
can submit new artwork on your own, and all you would have to do is  
approve them.

You approve a banner by editing it in your admin screen and change  
its status.
