[support] Pictures in postings

Hi,
     I'm trying to find out how to toggle the display setting of including pictures in postings.  I mean to display the image from one's profile, along with the posting.  Where do I look to change this?
      The other problem may be hard to answer readily in an email.  I have the image size, default size within the user settings, set to 85X85.  However, some user postings are 300X300 or something like that.  Can one have a larger image in their profile, but only use the 85X85 in comments and other postings?  
      Still, it is strange that the image from one member is so large, even though the setting I have for users' photographs is 85X85
     Perhaps somone could checkout my site.  Let me know if anyone could help in that way.
