[support] Is category core in 4.7.4

The "categories" menu item refers to the taxonomy_module which is part of core. There's a "category" module which extends the taxonomy module (terms as nodes and maybe other stuff), but that's not core at all. It's unfortunate the distinction isn't clear in the terminology.

	I was installing modules and just before I installed Category I noticed "categories" under the Administer menu BUT I don't see a categories module that needs to be enabled under admin > modules.
